On 11 June 2026, a delegation from the Tax Disputes Commission under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, headed by its Chairwoman, Vilma Vildžiūnaitė, paid a visit to the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland.

During the meeting, the Polish procedural framework for the adjudication of tax disputes was presented, together with relevant case law. Current trends and challenges in administrative tax adjudication were also discussed. The participants were further briefed on with the organisation, activities and responsibilities of the Tax Disputes Commission under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
