On 8–9 December 2025, a delegation of the Council of State of the Hellenic Republic paid a visit to the Supreme Administrative Court. The delegation comprised: Michail Pikramenos – President of the Council of State and President of the Association of Councils of State and Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions of the European Union (ACA-Europe); Panagiota Mourkou – Associate Councillor of the Council of State; and Vassiliki Stamataki – Assistant Judge of the Council of State.
President Michail Pikramenos delivered a lecture entitled “The constitutional position of the council of state in the framework of the Greek judiciary”. Following the lecture, a Polish-Greek seminar was held on the functioning and current challenges of administrative justice in both countries, including mechanisms ensuring the efficiency of proceedings and the consistency of case-law.
During the visit, the President of the Council of State of the Hellenic Republic met with the Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, Deputy Marshal Maciej Żywno and senator Adam Bodnar, as well as with Her Excellency Niki Kamba, Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to Poland.
