On 7 July 2025, delegation from the Council of State of France visited the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland. The delegation was headed by the Vice-President of the Council of State, Didier-Roland Tabuteau. He was accompanied by State Councillors: Martine de Boisdeffre – President of the Studies, Research and Cooperation Section, and Yves Gounin – Delegate for international relations of the Council of State, and also by the Member of the Council of State Florian Roussel.
During the visit, Vice-President Didier-Roland Tabuteau delivered a lecture on “The Council of State of France and public action”. Following the Vice-President’s lecture a Polish-French seminar, dedicated to the functioning and current issues of administrative judiciary in both countries, took place.
