On September 30 - October 2, 2024, members of the delegation of the Supreme Administrative Court, headed by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court Jacek Chlebny, took part in a tripartite meeting of the Presidents and working groups of the Supreme Administrative Courts of the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. The delegation from the Czech side was headed by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic Karel Šimka, and the delegation from the Slovak side was headed by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic Pavol Naď. The meeting was attended by, as representatives of the Supreme Administrative Court, Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, President of the General Administrative Chamber Jerzy Siegień, President of the Voivodship Administrative Court in Kraków Anna Dumas, Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court Małgorzata Niezgódka-Medek, Judge of the Voivodship Administrative Court in Kraków Mariusz Kotulski and a representative of the Chancellery of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Chief Specialist Małgorzata Szyszkowska.
During the meeting and the accompanying discussion, the subject of administrative penalties in the decision-making process of the supreme administrative courts in the context of the requirements resulting from Article 6 of the ECHR, the issue of the status of unaccompanied minors in asylum proceedings in the context of the requirements of Article 3 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and Article 15 paragraph 3 letter c and Article 25 of the Procedural Directive and the issue of social assistance and Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 883/2004 and No. 987/2009 in the case law of the Supreme Administrative Courts.
On 30 September 2024, the delegation of the Supreme Administrative Court also paid a visit to the current head of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Bratislava, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., Mr. Piotr Samerek.
