The Supreme Administrative Court of Poland has obtained institutional membership in the European Law Institute (ELI) with observer status.

The European Law Institute is an independent, democratic membership organisation bringing together individuals as well as private and public entities. Its activities focus on the development of European law in the context of global developments. The Institute conducts and supports legal research and develops recommendations and practical guidance concerning the development of European law. The ELI Secretariat is based in Vienna.
