On 17–18 September 2026, a meeting of the Board of the International Association of Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions (IASAJ/AIHJA) and a seminar on “Rule of law” were held in Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).

The meeting of the Board of the Association, of which the Supreme Administrative Court is a member, was attended by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Jacek Chlebny, and Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court, President of the Regional Administrative Court in Kraków, Anna Dumas.

During the seminar, a report prepared on the basis of questionnaires submitted by the Association’s member states was presented. The discussions focused on the concept of the rule of law (Panel I) and prospects for its application in the future (Panel II). The President of the Supreme Administrative Court Jacek Chlebny chaired the first panel. Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court Anna Dumas and Małgorzata Szyszkowska, Chief Specialist at the Chancellery of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, also participated in the seminar.
