On 13 March 2025, a working meeting of delegations of the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania and the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland was held at the seat of the Supreme Administrative Court. The delegations were led by the President of the High Court, Judge Corina Alina Corbu, on the Romanian side, and the Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Judge Jerzy Siegień, on the Polish side. The Supreme Administrative Court was represented by Hieronim Kulczycki, Chief of the Chancellery of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, and Prof. Wojciech Sawczyn, a member of the NSA Judicial Decisions Bureau. The topic of the meeting was the organisation and proceedings before administrative courts in Poland, and similarities and differences between the Romanian and Polish models of administrative judiciary were also discussed.

On 12-13 December 2024, the international conference "International Protection at the Crossroads" was held in Warsaw, organized by the Supreme Administrative Court together with the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA).

Lectures were given by, among others, Vice-President of the European Court of Human Rights Ivana Jelić and former Vice-President of the Court of Justice of the EU Lars Bay Larsen. The President of the Supreme Administrative Court Jacek Chlebny presented the topic "Pushbacks and the right to asylum in times of hybrid warfare - Polish experiences".

The conference was attended by judges of the Supreme Administrative Court and provincial administrative courts, as well as representatives of the EUAA, the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and the European Border and Coast Guard Agency FRONTEX.

On 29–30 October 2024, a delegation from the Council of State of the Republic of Italy, led by the President of the Council of State, Luigi Maruotti, visited the Supreme Administrative Court. He was accompanied by members of the Council of State: Marina Perrelli, Michele Conforti and Luca Lamberti, as well as advisor to the President of the Council of State, Marcello Apicella.

During the visit, the President of the Council of State, Luigi Maruotti, gave a lecture at the Supreme Administrative Court entitled "The role of the Council of State in the Italian legal system. The principle of effectiveness and the right to appeal".

The program of the visit also included a joint Polish-Italian seminar on the functioning and current problems of administrative courts in both countries, which was opened by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, prof. dr hab. Jacek Chlebny. The meeting was also attended by the Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Jan Rudowski - President of the Financial Chamber.

During the seminar, the following issues were discussed, among others: issues of impartiality and independence of judges in relation to digitalization, as well as the principle of effectiveness in relation to the execution of judgments and in relation to the adjudication of security measures. Polish and Italian papers were presented respectively by: Judge Marina Perrelli and the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Prof. Dr. Hab. Jacek Chlebny, Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court, Dr. Anna Dumas – President of the Voivodship Administrative Court in Kraków and Judge Luca Lamberti, and Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court, Ryszard Pęk and Judge Michele Conforti.

After the seminar, both delegations met with HE Luca Franchetti Pardo, Ambassador of Italy, at the seat of the Embassy of the Italian Republic in Poland.

On October 25, 2024, the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Prof. Dr. Hab. Jacek Chlebny, took part in a seminar on: European Convention on Human Rights and international refugee law compliant procedures at state borders, which was held at the seat of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

During the 1st session of the conference, the President of the Supreme Administrative Court presented the topic of the ban on collective expulsions and access to the refugee procedure in his speech.

On September 30 - October 2, 2024, members of the delegation of the Supreme Administrative Court, headed by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court Jacek Chlebny, took part in a tripartite meeting of the Presidents and working groups of the Supreme Administrative Courts of the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. The delegation from the Czech side was headed by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic Karel Šimka, and the delegation from the Slovak side was headed by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic Pavol Naď. The meeting was attended by, as representatives of the Supreme Administrative Court, Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, President of the General Administrative Chamber Jerzy Siegień, President of the Voivodship Administrative Court in Kraków Anna Dumas, Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court Małgorzata Niezgódka-Medek, Judge of the Voivodship Administrative Court in Kraków Mariusz Kotulski and a representative of the Chancellery of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Chief Specialist Małgorzata Szyszkowska.

During the meeting and the accompanying discussion, the subject of administrative penalties in the decision-making process of the supreme administrative courts in the context of the requirements resulting from Article 6 of the ECHR, the issue of the status of unaccompanied minors in asylum proceedings in the context of the requirements of Article 3 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and Article 15 paragraph 3 letter c and Article 25 of the Procedural Directive and the issue of social assistance and Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 883/2004 and No. 987/2009 in the case law of the Supreme Administrative Courts.

On 30 September 2024, the delegation of the Supreme Administrative Court also paid a visit to the current head of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Bratislava, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., Mr. Piotr Samerek.

On September 25-26, 2024, members of the delegation of the Supreme Administrative Court, headed by the Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, President of the General Administrative Chamber, Jerzy Siegień, participated in the conference on “Online Privacy and Freedom of the Media: Judicial Perspective” organized in Vilnius by the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, Vilnius University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania. Vice-President Jerzy Siegień gave a lecture on “Recusal of a Judge as a Guarantee of Court Impartiality”. During the conference, the Supreme Administrative Court was also represented by other members of the delegation: Małgorzata Miron – Chairwoman of Department II of the General Administrative Chamber, Judges of the Supreme Administrative Court Andrzej Skoczylas and Bartosz Wojciechowski, as well as Adrianna Tarłowska – Senior Assistant to the Judge and Chief Specialist in the Chancellery of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court. In addition, during two panels, the Lithuanian and Ukrainian sides presented their presentations on, among others, harmonization of values ​​in law, restrictions on freedom of speech, ensuring privacy and media freedom within the rule of law, and the participation of judges in public debates on issues of public interest.

On 27 September 2024, a trilateral Polish-Lithuanian-Ukrainian meeting was held with representatives of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania and the Administrative Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, during which the Presidents of the courts discussed the role of administrative courts in ensuring effective protection of human rights in the area of ​​public administration and the current challenges arising from it. Vice-President Jerzy Siegień discussed this issue in his speech on effective protection of human rights implemented by guaranteeing the right to a court in its full scope.
