On 29-31 May 2025, the XXXI FIDE Congress was held in Katowice, organised by the Polish Association of European Law in cooperation with the University of Silesia and the City of Katowice. The Congress was attended by judges of the Supreme Administrative Court and judges of Regional Administrative Courts. The President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Jacek Chlebny, moderated a panel entitled ‘The concept of “emergency” and other associated notions in the law of the Union and of the Member States,’ which was part of one of the main thematic sessions of the Congress: ‘EU Emergency Law.’
