Zeszyty Naukowe Sądownictwa Administracyjnego (ZNSA)

The bimonthly journal launched by order no. 16 of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court of 10 June 2005, currently issued under order no. 3 of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court of 30 January 2018 on the publishing of “Zeszyty Naukowe Sądownictwa Administracyjnego”.

The launching of the ZNSA journal was inspired by the reform of administrative judiciary in 2004. This event basically shaped the structure of the journal and made it a platform for discussions among law-makers, court practitioners and theoreticians on matters significant for the administrative judiciary.

The objective of the ZNSA journal is to disseminate the case-law of administrative courts and research topics related thereto, presented as studies, papers and analyses, as well as notes, and to inform about the activities of administrative judiciary in Poland, Europe and around the world.

The journal is addressed mainly to judges, academics, public administration officers, representatives of legal professions and students.
